Who:

Anyone with a movie can submit.

What :

A short movie that you made or someone you know made. We suggest no movie longer than 7 minutes but allow up to 10 minutes. If your movie is over 10 minutes will will cut it at 10 minutes.

How: FORMAT

Bring up your movie in Quicktime on a usb drive or external hard drive.

We want a quicktime {.MOV} with a Photo Jpeg/ Motion Jpeg A at a quality rating around 70% to 85%. We will also accept an .MOV with an h.264 codec.

for H.264 we tested the compression settings that Vimeo suggests and found them to be acceptable. If you are new to codecs and file formats Vimeo has a great page that explains the basics.
