In a world where millions of videos can be viewed on demand any hour of the day. It is becoming harder and harder to find things to watch. Portlandfilm.org is  the blog for locally created content that could be lost in the media sphere.  This site was created by DJ Hupp in 2002 and since than has seen many incarnations. At this point in time it is being moderated by Dusty McCord who brought it over to wordpress in hopes of making a site that encourages multiple contributors.
